Rio Grande Cantina
In Formation Design was retained to create the menu for this new Tex-Mex concept restaurant in Mississauga. We used a colour scheme and look in keeping with the restaurant logo and image. The restaurant owner did not wish to use photos of the menu items, so small illustrations were used to accent the menu. The illustrations were coloured to match the menu colour scheme. The map shown on the cover is a photo of a mural painted in the restaurant. Highlighted areas were incorporated into the design in order to differentiate key menu choices. The main menu consists of 6 panels and there is also a separate one page dessert menu.
